Any problems with the factory air filter that comes with the AEM CAI? How often (how many miles) do you clean the filter? Also, how?

I'm going to install the CAI and see how low the filter sits to determine if I need the bypass valve. I live in Florida and you never know when you're going to drive through a deep (and I mean deep) puddle.
