they are just chome trim that you can find at any automotive store or at warmart. the chrome trim is fit to part of the hood above the two head lights.

go to a graphics vinyl store and have them make you a set shouldnt cost you more than 20 buck and they just stick right on but make sure to get the color you want to match the car right.

I went to a store that makes custom vinyl graphis. The material the use is not really the same as the tape u buy say at home depot. They should have a match for your ride because the the demand for custom vinyl decals and graphics is so hugh now they have hundreds of differnt colors. Sometimes we got to improvize...and besides if you dont like the way they look...u just peel em off....PS... who is the babe in the pic...nice

Why would you guys want to put a piece of vinyl on your headlights??? I think it makes the car look kinda tacky but hey if thats what you like well then go for it. Just my 2 cent.
