another window regulator post

I'm about to replace the drivers side window regulator in my GF's car ('99 2.3). I've searched the posts and DYI's to find all the info I need. Just looking for any last minute tips on the whole process since its somebody else's car I'm working on and I don't want to F it up. The door panel is off right now, and I'm about to order the part. Are the regulators for 97 - 99 the same, I can only find the regulator for a 97 2.2 on ebay. Thanks in advance for any tips or info that might help. (how easy is the door panel to get back on?)

And the door panel can be a bitch, just be patient, and it helps to have someone there to help you.

Have someone help you, and make sure to put the window down before putting the panel back on
