Is it possible to put a H23 head onto a F23 single cam engine? I was reading a post on a honda forum and a guy from there said there was a import shop in his neck of the woods where one of the guys there did a H22 head onto a F22 single cam engine.

 

By the time you got everything you needed, youd be money ahead putting an H23 in.

Head, ECU, custom timing belt, etc
