AMP mounting question

Will the backseat of car hold up amps, if mounted with metal screws?

It should. I don't have my CL anymore but I've seen pics of member with their amps mounted to the back seats.

ive seen it done before, i think you have to put a piece of wood or something behind it...but i could be wrong

mount the wood to the metal back...then the amp to the wood...much cleaner and easier to mount.

yes, this is most likely the way to go, just go get some thin ass MDF or something reasonably strong

mines mounted right on the back seat, without any extra wood there. Benn there for about 2 years and no problems.
