Alternator or Battery problems?

I've injured my shoulder from snow boarding, and haven't been driving my car but I just drove it today and found out I've got a slight whirling type sound coming from the front, my check battery light was on for a while, but I turned off my deck and AC and eventually as I drove the light went off. Anyone know whats going on, or what I'm in for to replace? Will I need to replace the alternator or the battery, or both?

it works on all cars...all it does is upgrade the factory grounds.....some cars it even gives u a few hp....they tested a teg..and it gained 11 whp i think......shows how bad the factory grounds are.....helps out your ignition system also.....i bought mine from www.optauto.com but you can find them cheaper......
