All right. I have searched a few times and spent about an hour reading old posts. My problem is that my alarm seems to go off almost every time after I lock the car, regardless of the way I lock it. I can lock it from the inside of my car or with the remote and a minute later, the alarm will start. Does anyone have any idea for what it could be? I don't think it is the actuators because it also goes off when I lock it by hitting the lock switch on the inside of the door.

 

I dunno, but mine kinda does that too, the factory alarm armed underneath the aftermarket.......... I think it is my actuators in my case, the second it tries to unlock itself (which unfortunately the thing is stuck at UNLOCK).......... and itll do that if I unlock it from the switches as well, as long as the alarm is operating any sort of unlock pulse will set it off if not performed by key I supose
