After the Rebuild (trans)

So I had my entire transmission rebuilt/overhauled. I had a cracked 2/4 drum and wear and tear through out the transmission, they aid about 80 % of it was done. So I had the thing rebuilt (first time for this)

My question is this: When I am accelerating from 0-40km/h once I had 40 or so it over rev's like it not catching then it will catch, and while its down shifting near the same speed it seems to just loose power ?? Any ideas what could cause this? They replaced all valves, covers, etc etc ?

Thanks
