http://www.aempower.com/induction.htm
for a 2.2 or 2.3 cl u need part # 24-6008
the cheapest i found it is $250 shipped so far

The Science of Cold Air Technology Has Evolved
The AEM V2 Cold Air utilizes a dual chamber (using two different diameters and lengths of piping), to create multiple frequency sound waves that help charge the cylinders with air throughout the entire rpm range.

We have realized significant power gains—even over our original Cold Air induction systems—with the AEM V2.We are confident that it is the most sophisticated, power producing air induction system on the market.

The AEM V2 Cold Air induction system uses a dual chamber to create multiple frequency sound waves (represented in red and yellow). This helps charge the cylinder with air in the upper rpm range for more power across the entire rpm range.
Compare the sound wave properties and flow of our traditional Cold Air system (left), with the V2 Cold Air induction system (right).

V2 delivers more power (left) and torque (right) across the entire rpm range than every other air induction system!

V2 Cold Air Induction Systems Key Features:
-Outperforms every other air induction system
-Pending C.A.R.B. exemption (50-state legal)
-Utilizes a complete hardware kit with soft mounts for a guaranteed perfect fit
-Unique, Titanium-look zirconia-based powdercoating reduces heat soak and enhances looks
-One-piece, four-layer, cotton-gauze AEM air filter eases installation and features an exclusive air horn design that improves performance
-Comprehensive installation instructions, AEM decals and license
plate frame included
-Manufactured and assembled in the USA
-Limited lifetime warranty
-Patent Pending

"Sound waves to charge the cylinder with air........" Say what...?? I'm not rocket scientist but that sounds khookey. They should just say it LOOKS COOL!

Speaking of AEM....I have a question about their by-pass valve. How does it shut down air flow from the filter? Doe the by-pass valve have an actual shutter that closes air flow from in front of it and sucks dry air from within the engine compartment?

they have it for 220.40, but shipping is $19. so $240
importhprizon has it for $245 shipped plus they are a reliable business got my koni yellows in less than a week. they also state that they will not have the v2 available for 94-97 accord until APRIL. so might want to check that out. if u order from the other place only to find out that u will be waiting 2 months for it

if u go to their site aempower.com and look at those dynos they generally make more hp and tq over all. especially lowend and top end, however the normal cai has a bigger peak in mid rpms

That outter sleeve supposedly acts as a baffle for "soundwaves" that "charge the air".........

i wasnt planning on dynoing it yet. im waitin for a mod that would require tuning like a cam gear before i go to a dyno.
im hopin that with my i/h/e/p and future cat & cam gear i can get at least 130hp to the wheels. 145 is my goal, but i do have an auto. but im gettin a cat first then a cam gear. and now i want the new aem v2. so maybe like mid march - april ill have that done.
i also want to test the car with my venom 400 off vs on and finally settle the argument if it does what it says.

I WILL BE SELLING MY AEM CAI within the next 2 months and when i post up the first person to send me a paypal gets it. im looking for $130 shipped and i will prob be nice and clean and oil the filter
