Keep in mind that the "P" in "21-416P" stands for "Polished". If you get red or blue or silver, the letter will change to that corresponding color.

I have the 21-416 that is in this page. I used the stock AEM Filter. How often (miles) should they be cleaned or replaced?

50K miles (personally, I'd clean it sooner than that). It may require cleaning only after 50K miles, but the fiter isn't as efficient let's say at 50K vs 25K miles.
I paid about $50 for mine. I had a local speed shop order for me, and when I picked it up, I didn't get the box (or part number).
The K&N Filter clamps on just as the AEM filter does.
