yes you use your stock calipers with this kit there is a braket included that relocates them allowing for the larger disc

i am not sure if they will fit a 3.0 i have a 2.2 and ordered the brakes for my car and sorry no pads....

I don't believe they'll work on the 3.0. The AEM site says it's for the 2.2 ONLY. It doesn't list any for the 3.0, but the 98-02 Accord V6 has a different part number than the 2.2 or 2.3's.
