i have the instruction but they kinda suck balls, can anyone tell me how to lower/raise the shcks?

you have to take the spring and shock apart. then move the perch up or down. then put everything back together. i tak e it u didnt install them urslef becuase then you would have known already. the onlything u can adj is firmness with the knob. height is not easily adj. thats where coilovers come in.

 

ya i know they have to come off, so just the perch moves? sounds easy...
