Will a 99 accord cat back exhaust bolt on to a 99 cl both being a 3.0.

well as far as i know it will. i have it but where i got it done they said they had no problem. but it depends where you arder it from because if you order it from a shop they will ask if it is for a accord. if you say cl they will say if it don't work we can't return it. i have a 23 but i think they are the same. but don't go by my word
