My compressor doesn't come on nor does the ac fan, what could be the problem? I know it's not the compressor because I ran a wire from the compressor directly to the battery and it came on. I checked all the fuses and they're good, the only I can't tell if it's good or not in the "cooling fan relay" which is a black relay under the hood, has anyone else had this problem?

 

why dont you get a new relay

 

I might look into that tomorrow morning before I go to work. where can I get one of those and around how much do they go for?

 

mine was doing the same thing after the swap and i found out it was a pressure switch. Also (sure you already know this) the system wont run if its empty or charged improperly (over/under)

 

wheres the pressure switch located?

 

dunno, i had my shop look at it. I was tired of fuckin with it.

 

the dealership has relays should be like 10 bucks
