Just tell Alex to teach you how to drive a stick and borrow his car. Also we love girls here so there is no problem being "such a girl"

alright. so my sister and I switched batteries and basically:

Her battery worked just fine in my car.

My battery (which worked properly to begin with) did nothing in her car.

So. Looks like a bad starter.

TSB's or recalls on the starter I can bug Acura about?

You can pick up a starter for around $150, put it in yourself and keep your loot. Oh, I mean make Alex do it. hope it works out for ya'. Mine crapped out last week. Was the battery in my case.

OK, how is it that we have all had starting problems in such a short period? It is almost as though our cars are saying something to the effect of... "Glad summer is gone now it's time for a vacation... click click click.... Oh well, my whip is snappin' now... Hope you all are running as well... if not, you'll figure it out and be on the road again soon enough. Cocoa, have you finnished your motor project?

glad to see the car is running, but as it turns out alternators are a big problem on our cars...they go quite easily. my buddy works at Acura by me and says he gets altenator jobs on these cars all the time. if anyone else has a problem with the car not starting, take it to an Autozone and get the batt and alternator tested for free!!
