has anyone installed an aem cam gear in their 98 cl 3.0 themselves? if so any tips would be appreciated? also, what was the horsepower gain and which way at how many degrees did you advance/retard the timing?

our motors are the J30A1 motors (V6), those f22/f23 motors are the four bangers.....CL 2.2, 2.3.......

ya'll are right, i ordered a coi from a website and they sent me this goddamn cam gear, so i figured what the hell, ill use the cam gear, i quess that aint gonna happen. thanx for the heads up! anybody know of a good website to get parts on?
