97-xx 3.0 CL - How many miles did your Auto Transmission last?
My 97 3.0 CL has got 130K miles and I'm wondering if it's going to go soon. Worried about reliability and price to fix.

Also, how much did it cost you to replace it - full replacement or rebuilt?

135k and still holding no slippage ect. Had the tranny flushed alot. I think i will be installing a cooler shortly with my next flush.

Why would you think it would crap out on you?

I have 131k on my 98 3.0 and I have had no problems.
I expect it to last 200k+.

$1600 for a rebuild with 3 yr warranty here in Vancouver BC Canada

don't think mine will fail anytime soon. but it's just not smooth on the 4th gear.

sup guys.. well I have a 2.2 and it has 167,000 miles.. still performes good.. no problems with the tranny yet.. race someimtes, but not all the time.. DAILY DRIVER as well..

I am at like 116,000 and it slips a little in the cold mornings and after I drive like 5-7 miles it warms up and runs like a champ.

Got a new one at about 62,000 miles. The private dealer I bought the car from paid for the tranny. I believe it was about $2700 installed.

hmm...i just got a 97 CL 2.2 with only 60k and the tranny jumps real bad. especially in the lower gears when just building up speed it jumps.
