97 CL 2.2S mystery wire/plug

I have a wire that I cannot find anything to plug into it

It runs up alongside the shifter

Here is the plug

Guess behind the lighter and below the stereo

At the why it goes up into the right toward the glove compartment

And it came from this slot here that I'm pointing at on the right side of the gear shift below the ladder
in my manual transmission 97 cl 2.2 on each side of the shifter is a place for something. Plug, device, ??? Under the slot on the passenger side is a wire and I have no idea where it goes. I cannot find any diagram on my specific car that I can read. This started with changing the stereo and removing the center compartments to access the required area.
This is the plug

Routes under stereo

At the Y goes up to the right toward globe compartment

It appears like either two of #14 (some kind of OEM hole plug filler?) fill both spots
OR, one of either #12 or #17 would fill the driver side spot on the second graphic below??

Unfortunately, it appears they are no longer available, which would give them a name, because they are not listed on the OEM vendor website link provided below:

It's a fog light switch connector. CL's came prewired for the OEM fogs but most did not have that option. That is right where my OEM fog light switch is located on the right side

Heated seat switches on the left side
