has anyone found a fog that fits in one of the slots in the lower grille. I was thinking that they would look really good if they were recessed like that

They have these badass LED fogs at Advance Auto, I think they're choices are 7 or 10 LED's.

fog lights are pretty universal, please search in the future. There were oem fog lights, your car came prewired for them, however they don't make them anymore and they're extremely rare and hard to find. I sometimes really miss mine, like when I see a 3-4 year old picture of them like the one above.

LEDs aren't going to put out enough light to be as useful as a true fog lamp, FYI. There's a group buy for them on here, and they said they're only to be used as accessory lights/DRLs.

I have a set of Depo Accord fogs that I have waiting to go on (same as hybridnrgs's). They're small. Hella also makes a set of small projector fogs, those will fit within the lower grill and the output is pretty good.

on the accessory LED fogs, they're not that good of output, they're more for looks. I looked into them for my 4runner but there's not enough useable light.

As for "fitting fogs in the lower grill" you can make just about anything fit, the main issue is that there is a very small lip on the bumper to reccess them so you may have to drill them in at the front.

someone here needs to design some badass fogs on photoshop.

I was thinking the other day about this and one way you guys can object was to take the signal lights ( bumper signal lights ) and on the parking lights not the long signal ones. the one on the side to make a high intensity bulb.

just my idea

I was reading through that, but it would probably be different on our cars because they use dual filament bulbs, our 7440s are just singles.

I attempted to do a 7443 (dual filament) swap with new lamp sockets, but they were too small for the corners. The idea is to keep the current turn signal function, but the third hot wire would be fed from the parking lights. So basically, when the parking lights were on, 1 filament would be on, and if the turn signals were on, the second filament would be on.

Turn Signal DRLs
That will be my next project - plus it's DOT approved so the cops can't hassle me for it.

i have a set of Hella Micro DE that i had on my Legend, I've test fitted them, they'll FIT perfect. i paid like 150 for them in a GB a few years ago. The light output is superb. you can retrofit HID's into them easily. great buy if you ask me. I'm going to be installing mine very soon. i hope some of the wiring for the oem system is similar to how its on the Legend, since my hella's were installed with legend oem wiring.
