My flex pipe's shot, rusted through at the flange. Its part of the header pipe. Was checking the noob guide, no info '97 header pipe/flex pipe.

While searching here I came across this link which fits 1998: Accord_V6_Header, ACURA / ACCORD V6 HEADER, Acura Honda Non Turbo Headers, XS Power Inc.
It doesn't say it fits 1997, but looking at diagrams at that oemacuraparts site, 1997 and 1998 are identical exhaust systems.
Anyway, any suggestions? I'm looking at doing entire exhaust in stainless. I can figure out the cat back part.

 

I just had the same issue. My flex pipe was completely rusted out at the flange. I was able to find the stock down pipe used on ebay for around $90 bucks. It came from Southern California so despite being close to 20 years old it was almost like new. Of course, if you're looking to upgrade the exhaust, stainless is a better option. From the pictures in the link you posted, it seems like the down pipe is exactly the same orientation as stock so I would assume it fits. Best of luck.

 

I have those SSAutochrome headers on my 97 3.0, they do fit but you have to trim the cross member underneath for them to fit correctly.

Otherwise they bolt right up

I went Fabrizzio's route and picked up what I needed on eBay. I decided saving $ more important at the moment.
