just make sure you will be able to mount the new bumper and hood, see if any of the mounting points are broken.
or else thats something else u need to figure out
if that shit is off, everything will be off.
looks like they rear ended something taller...the exhaust hole in the bumper is pretty funny looking lol

Are the fenders ok? How's the frame? How about the core support, radiator, fans, horn? On first glance, they appear ok.
Looks like you'll need a new grill, hood, and bumper (you already have the headlights). Plus you'll need to have the hood and bumper painted.
Costs will be dependent on where you buy the parts and get it painted. Check www.acuraautomotiveparts.org for prices.
Depending on the mileage. $1500 is a great deal!

that car is really f'd up. there is at least $4000 worth of damage. i rear ended a car doing 8 mph and this is the result. if my car wasnt so low it would have been much less damage
$200 new bumper cover
$150 new bumper beam
$50 new bumper absorber
$80 new bumper mounts
$80 in misc bumper bolts, clips, etc
$400 new hood
$100 new grill
$60 new hood lock and misc parts
$50 in new misc rubber seals
$600 new radiator and install
$500 new headlamps
$100 new blinker lenses
$400 to paint
EASY $3000 + shipping and who know what else is wrong with the car. my front end just had scrapes on the bumper and a creased hood. that car is 10x worse. and if an airbag went off easy $500 right there
just make sure you know what ur getting into

Yeah theres a lot of stuff u can get cheaper then wat vxcl listed...but thats about right...u can get new clear blinker lenses for less then $40.....carbon fiber hood $350...i would buy the car and make it a project show car...instead of putting in $500 headlamps u can get any other headlamp and fit em in

Hey if you need the front bumper for that 97 , i got an extra one laying around. The only thing wrong with it is that one of the clips for the turn signal is broken. Nothin some chicken wire wont fix! Wont even be able to see it.

third pic down u can see just below the right headlight (the one thats busted out) the frame is bent and u can also see that the radiator is leaning back about 25deg. meaning u got frame dammage.(front midspar) u can get it stretched back out for like 200$ if u take all the stuff off your self. (bumper, hood, lights, radiator.) however if the front midspar is cracked at all it will fail and cause lots of problems later (front end could collapse in), if its not replaced which should be cheap to do also. id say atleast 1500$ to get fixed. assuming u dont have to replace the front midspar.
