Exclamation 5-speed grind when cold

I absolutely love my 5-speed CL, but this has been killing me latley.

Since it’s been a lot colder than usual here in NC, I’ve noticed a new problem. My trans will "grind" when shifting from 1st to 2nd gear while the car is cold. I originally thought it was my clutch cylinders going bad, so I replace both the master and slave about a month ago. But the problem still persists, once the car reaches operating temperature; it shifts from 1st to 2nd fine.

Any Suggestions?

Mine too.. When I start it, it sounds like metal on metal. Even after a fresh lube... I think its the starter being wierd... Cuz it does not do it when its warm outside.

Kind of hard to tell since I changed the clutch when I did it, but I think its running fine/smoothly.
