4x4 no more.
4x4 no more.
it finally happened. it took two years.
springs are eibach 2.5" all the way around from a 95 accord I4. stock shocks. just to add, they were freeeeeeeeeeee.
oh yeah, these are pics right after i put them in, they arent as low as it is now, after they set in and stuff. i dont have pics of that, but these will suffice.

the straight labor alone was a good half day. i had to drive two hours to get stock springs for my friend who gave me the springs. remove the springs from his accord. removed the shocks, compress, remove springs, recompress stock springs, reinstall shocks. the front took about three hours, only because i didnt know what was really going on. the back took about two because i spent almost an hour figuring out how to remove the rear nut, but it was attached to the strut permanently! doh.
this afternoon, the same thing with my car, remove old, reinstall new. took about four hours or so for all four. was it worth it? sure, i guess.. not only that, but i also did an oil change this morning too.
more mods are soon to come.

when i first lowered it and finished, i didnt really notice anything, it looked almost the same. but by the end of tonight, i walk out of dennys and see its pretty low now. i like it, but it took a lot of labor for just four springs.
