HaHa There junk but a buddy of mine actually made them last...with good shocks, he's been running them on his EG civic since 2007.Rides just like a stiff setup

ive heard of people using good shocks with the sleeves that come with the cheap coils. then they also use eibach custom rated springs and they call it a cheap alternative to GCs. you should try it and see if its worth it
