How difficult and expensive would it be to do a 5 lug conversion on our Cl's. The reason that I ask this is because I wanted to get some 17 inch Acura Rims cuz I want the stock look. If you go to the Acura site on options for the TSX they have a couple of nice looking 17 inch TSX rims. Would doing this conversion have any negative side effects?

 

It's not too difficult, but it is expensive. I'm probably looking at about $600 for everything. I'm also using 94-95 GS Legend duel piston calipers for the front. I'm going to sell my MHT V-10 18's and get Volk GTP's when i'm done. I want to get CL type-s five spoke rims for when I'm not using my Volks though. Those rims are nice!

I'd like to see what Type S rims would look like on a 1st gen....other than a photoshop of it.

 

I'm not sweatin the money part. My car is a 97 w/press on rotors. THEY SUCK!! When my five lug is done, they will be bolt on.
