you are the man!! will do!! i was alittle about the h22 due to the 5-speed. i know even if i power brake he's gonna get the jump, its just a matter of how much and whether or not i can catch up..what mods do you do to get low to mid end power/takeoff.i'm good after 3800rpms i just need a little more umph to get there...

ok so heres my question:

Where are the V8s? Seems like forever when someone wanted to soup up a small car (small British MGs, Triumphs etc) they put a small aluminum V8 in it. This must be the first community ever that takes out v6s to put in a 4banger. What have these Japanese driven us to? Is it an engine bay sizing issue or what?

I meen if your going to spend $6000 you could buy a brand new corvette engine for that much damn.

You have the advantage off the line because your auto. The only launch you should fear is the rwd or awd launches. But not in a fwd drivetrain when it has power. Dont underestimate auto's so much. They're killers off the line for the obvious reasons.

But in all reality, I predict that you're going to lose. You need more mods...And another hint, leave it in D3, dont gate shift! You'll run slower times gate shifting.

And I have no idea what SupraMan has, so if he's got basic mods and tuned it like I assume, he should probably run 15.1-15.3. And I think you'll fall behind by around 2 cars.

Any other predictions?

subuzz will lose because he from what i understand has absolutely no performance mods.

hes bringing a paint ball gun to an Uzi fight

IMHO, there needs to be someone with mods that match up to the similarity of the mods of the 2.x otherwise we will always say this and that oh the 3.0 was stock ect.....
