Anyone know exactly where it is? possibly a Helms diagram so I can go about the job with a little more confidence as to what exactly im looking for and where??

hey man if you got the code for the egr vavle for your check engine light code it is covered by the dealer warrenty that they extended to 150,000 miles. i didnt have to pay anything it is expensive to fix and it took the deal close to 3 and half hours to do the job they had to take off some part of the engine like dust illistrated to get to the egr vlave

 

I just had mine done. There is a recall for this problem, it didn't cost me a dime!!!! Go to the dealer. My "98" 3.0 was covered.
