3.0 cl owners please respond!!!
i have a friend with a 97 3.0<------that's six cylinders okay. kay
he wants to get intake, headers, exhaust, what ever
my request is please tell me how much and where he can get these

hey whats up, the headers are made by comptech and they are 1200 dollars and you can get them on line at www.comptechusa.com, also you get 30hp from headers. intake you can get any were they sell aftermarket stuff just ask for the 94-97 accord intake. intake is about 130$, same with the exaust you can get any 94-97 accord exaust will bolt right on. exaust is about 500$

You can get better deals from www.autocarparts.com Tim sells comptech parts a lot cheaper then most other sellers. Also, he has other upgrades such as the intakes, exhausts, pulleys, etc.

as for the 30 hp gain on headers, i thought that was for the type s not the 3.0

Well of course there is nothing for the 3.0! 
There never is...we have to look for parts that fit the 98-00 Accord V6 for engine mods, and the 94-97 Accord for suspension/exhaust work.
As for the headers, I believe comptech has a dyno up on there site somewhere that shows a 24-30hp gain on a 3.0

I just went to the Comptech site. The only dyno they have there is for the 99 TL - the horsepower gain is 17 at redline. It averages 3-4 throughout the rest of the RPM range. What is this 30 I am hearing about?

but for the cl 3.0, there is no dyno. has anyone dynoed their 3.0 with comptechs here

I think it would make more sense to look at the accord 98-00 dyno instead of the TL dyno. Our engines are basically the same.

I have a host and stuff, but it isn't owned by me, I just do the work off of it so I cannot really host pics..
