Does the 94-97 accord aem cai fit the 99 2.3CL perfectly or do you have to cut or bend something?

 

The AEM SIR fit perfectly in my son's '97 2.2.

 

yes it will fit perfectly...you could also use one from a 92+ prelude

and yes, a 94-97 accord intake from the 4cyl engine will fit 97-99 2.x engines...

 

^ Lies. I was just told 98-02 accord engine parts are for 98-99 2.3CL.

 

yea like header, pullies etc, but the intake should fit from a 5th gen accord onto a 1st gen CL 4 banger.

 

the one i purchased for teh same exact car was a AEM V2 INTAKE SYSTEM 94-97 HONDA ACCORD 4CYL becareful the spacer they gave you seemed to fall out :-P anyone know how to purchase a new one the stock machine screw they give you is way to short

so this will fit my 1998 2.3 cl? i have already boughten 2 different intakes FOR a 2.3 cl off of ebay for cheap but neither have fit

 

STFU you, an intake doesn't count as engine parts (ie: internals). Intakes are from 94-97 Accord.

 

I have no idea what that one is for cause it says 94-00, which doesn't make any sense. Find one that says 94-97 only.
