I recently drained/filled my tranny and I'm not sure if I put enough tranny fluid in. I put in a bottle of Lucas Tranny Fix and 1-3/4 quart of Honda MTF, close to 3 quarts total. I found a DIY over at Honda-Tech on a tranny drain/fill and the guy stated 2.5 quarts. Is this accurate? What is the recommended amount to add in after you drain the tranny?

 

refill it till it trickles out of the fill hole. then reinstall plug.. dont worry bout how much your puttin in..

 

According to the factory manual it holds 2qt.
