Who here has the fastest 2.2 and/or the fastest 2.3?
Has anyone with a 2.3 ever raced a 2.2 ( vice versa )?
How much did you win by?

I know that 2.3 come with 150HP and 2.2 come with 145HP.
Their torque difference has similar figures. I'm just curious as
to how close this race would be?

i've raced my buddies 4 door 2.3 accord (automatic) and beat him pretty easily... weird tho you can actually feel and hear vtec in his car...... never raced another cl tho

My friend had a 2.3 Accord ( coupe ) with intake, headers, exhaust, pullies,
cam gear, msd ignition, fuel pressure regulator, fuel rail, and a 50-75 shot
of NOS. His Accord was pretty fast. He then swapped an H22 with all other
goodies and his car was sick. He had one of the sickest Accords in Miami.
He even came out on import tuner in 2001. His name is Don so they ( import
tuner ) named the article "The Don of Miami".

It would have to be on the weekend. My schedule won't allow any other
time besides the weekend. Unless I catch you in the streets on my way

It was a 99' white Accord with white rims and a polished lip.
There was nothing left stock in that car. i.e. airbags, two-tone upholstery,
...etc. To much to list. I'm sure I have pics of his car at home along with the
issue he came out in.

i actually just finished racing a 2.3CL on the highway(which never happens)....we started at like 100km/h then punched it and i ended up beating it by 1-2 car lengths...

i think it was an auto, that or the chick driving couldn't drive stick, her boyfriend didn't seem to happy...

Anything between a 2.2 and a 2.3 is a drivers race. I feel my CL is a bit quicker than Accords though. It just seems it as bit more get up and go.

Accords are heavier cars. Thus, the power to weight ratio OWNS them.
