2.2/3.0 drop

can i fit the same shocks and spring as the ones on a 2.2? (aftermarket ones)

For the struts (shocks), yes.

But the extra weight (200 lbs.) on the 3.0 will probably lower your car more than for a 2.2. It may also affect the ride quality.

so what kinda shocks and springs i need to get to kill the wheel gap and to have my ride pretty smooth?
