So, I have bought this Acura CL from a friend who had changed the timing belt since it was the due time for it. However, he never got it to run after his timing belt replacement and so I was put in charge with it. The car itself will crank but not start which is a very broad problem. However, once I plug in the OBD port( I dont even need the computer hooked up, just the cord itself), it fires right up and runs like a champ. I HAVE gotten an error code on the computer, it being p1607 and I am suspecting it is a ground. I still have had NO success finding any disconnected grounds and any sources I find give me no help either, so I am reaching out personally to find something. I am at my end of looking at all the DIY's for I can not see where Im going wrong. Any info on this issue will help me GREATLY. Is there any way I can check an ECU, how exactly would I get to it? Is there an important ground somewhere I'm missing?

It was one singular wire not tightened all the way on the throttle body. Fixed it all woohoo!
