135 In A 35
A friend of mine got busted last night driving his 98 3.0 CL doing 135MPH in a 35!!!!! Yes i live in the sticks of NC, and he was coming into town...its a LONG straightaway, about 3 miles, then it comes into a little hick town. Well it appears that he decided to open 'er up and keep it that way before he slowed down. Anyway, i almost Sh*t when i saw the ticket for doing a 135 in a 35 zone. He went to jail and lost his license on the spot for a year. Who knows what will happen in court, but his folks have lots of $$$$. It happened before though when he drove a Conquest TSI. Juts a reminder to be careful!!!!!

good, he deserves to be in jail.

there is nothing wrong with a little street racing here and there, light to light, but 100 over is suicide.

I dont see why everyone frowns so on people who talk about doing 100 or more mph on here.

i never said doing 100 + on the freeway was outrageous, i think everyone has done that. but in a 35 mph zone is a little ridiculous.

i dont think i could hit 135 either. 110 easy, 120 ok, 120+ damn i need more hp, not to mention a 5th gear. anyway doing 135 is a 35 is fuckin stupid. thats almost 4 times the speed limit!!!!!!!!!!!!
