My dad just bought a 2006 Touring w/ Navi
Picked it up last Friday but its back at the dealer to get a couple things fixed, apparently they didn't certify it very well

Looks great though!
I'll try to get some pics with my TSX

Awesome! What color? Hopefully you guys brought it back to an Acura dealership.

Sage? Is that a color? lol Looks grey to me. Yeah they are fixing everything up. They had it "certified" by one of their other dealerships and then had it sent to the Acura I bought my TSX from to sell. Apparently the other dealership sucks ass. There was a chip/crack in the widshield, wheel locks w/ no key, broken a/c vent, one of the front tires was worn (the other was new), bad vibration when braking (warped rotor?), Nav disk was missing, and some other minor things.

The Nav disk we knew about and they told us they'd get a new one no problem. The other things we didn't notice till the next day. My dad took it back and spoke to the service manager. They went for a ride and as soon as he felt the vibration when braking he said "holy shit", got on the cell with the other dealer and started ripping into them. Told my dad to make a list of everythign that was wrong and they'd take care of it all no problem. He's supposed to be getting it back today so I'll let you know how it goes. For the mean time he's got an 07 loaner and he hates it lol. Too many buttons for him Good thing I talked him into the 06 huh lol

2001 MDX! I love it but it's getting to that time when it's getting expensive for the required maintence. I'm getting a front end clunking over bumps now. Ugh!

Well at least they are going to take care of him. I always make sure that i do a thorough search through the car before i take delivery and sign anything! Most dealerships can be headaches but Acura has a pretty good reputation.

Out of all of the cars that i have owned i always loved the service i received at an Acura dealership. Plus it is only a few miles from me as opposed to all other dealerships (ie Mitsu, from my Evo) were far, and the service sucked.

Glad to hear he is being taken care of.

The 07+ MDX is actually starting to grow on me. Haven t really been inside one yet but they look pretty sharp. May have to look into one in the future.

We thought we looked it over good but I guess not. It was kinda cloudy/rainy and getting dark which is why we didnt see the windshield. And the brakes only vibrate when goes fast and hitting them hard, so we didnt notice that on the test drive.

Acura's service is why I talked him into the MDX instead of a Pilot. They have always exceeded my expectations. Its actually good that he gets to see the service is a step above the rest right from the start. Kinda justifies the extra $$ spent.

I've been on the boards for a while, but just recently got back into the Acura family.

08 MDX w/ Tech Package and power hatch. I got side steps for it, but haven't taken any pics. I really like it.

2004 MDX touring. Midnight Blue Pearl. Wonder why it took them this long to open up this section?

Awesome guys. All the Xs look great.

highmath, car looks great i see you tinted the front windows. I still have to do that, looks clean...

Now only if someone made lowering springs or something for the X, give it just a little bit more stnace.

Right on, an MDX forum. Good timing as i just picked up a brand new 08' elite (canadian version of the U.S MDX with Sport and Entertainment Package).

This goes hand in hand with my TL, i bought the Formal Black with roof rack and SRB.

It would be great to see what comes out of this!

I'd love to take the X out in the snow like that. I just recently got it. Not too sure how it handles in the snow.

Excellent!!!! Of Course, IMHO. When I was stationed in KY, with the few heavy snowfalls we had, my X breezed right on through! I haven't had that pleasure since moving down here to San Antonio.

<3 the MDX.

My brother just picked his up few months ago and is still loving it. We installed the sport running boards on it, fairly easy to do. I need to get a picture of those installed.

Finally, an MDX forum. I've got a 04 in sage brush pearl. I have been dying to mod this car out but have not found much. Hopefully we can all share what we have found or done to our X's.

Love the new software/layout of the site. Not to mention most models under one roof and specially the thread's preview. Save tons of time instead by just moving the mouse over the topic. Way to go vBulletin® Version 3.7.2.
