TPMS error
TPMS error
I recently replaced all four of my tires on my 2007 MDX and now my car says my TPMS is not working properly. Is this something that needs to be reset after a tire replacement? Any help on what I need to do to get the TPMS failure warning to go away?

The TPMS system should auto learn or auto sych back up. If the TPMS system was working prior to getting your tires replaced and doesn't work now, the tire shop may have damaged the TPMS sensors. Do you get any sort of reading in the MID for any of the tires? It does happen that one will get damaged when replacing the tires, but not all four. With that said if the person replacing your tires didn't know what they were doing - it is quite possible all four were damaged. Not sure how long or how many miles you have rolled up since replacing the tires, but you are likely going to want to notify the tire shop.
