Timing belt "timing"

'06 with only 37K miles, original owner. By time the belt should be replaced but mechanic says no rush would do it over next year. Dealer wants to do it now. ?Advice

many years ago i had 2002 acura rl, sold it two my friend. He still have it....
Two months ago we decided to change belt, pump for the first time (weekend project). At that time he had little over 200k, belt looked like new, pump was in good condition.
So i would say no rush for sure.

I just had mine done at 72k miles by the dealer. The timing belt appeared to be fine with no abnormal wear. My tensioner however was worn and beginning to leak.
You should be safe waiting another 1-2 years.
