seat heater replacement help

We have a 2002 MDX and the drivers seat heater does not work. The back heater does work though. Does anyone know how to replace the seat heater?

You'll definitely have to take the seat out and remove the leather covering. I think I saw a thread about someone doing this on a TL, I'll see if I can find it.

That will be great. Any help I can get will be appreciated.

Does anyone know if fixing the broken wires on the factory heater is a long term fix? If not there is an aftermarket heater they claim to be better than factory. (Everyone says their product is best. ) Or should I just get a factory part?

Thanks for the link. That looks great.
I go with factory parts unless someone knows of a better part.
I was hoping someone knew if fixing the broken factory wires is a long term fix.

The broken wires for the heated seat? If you do it correctly with a good soldering job I don't see why not.
