Replacing rear bumper cover?
My '05 MDX has a damaged spot on the rear bumper. Does anyone know how difficult it is to remove and replace the cover? Are any specialized tools needed?

here is a pdf link to instructions on how to install back up sensors, it shows how to remove the bumper cover ----> INSTRUCTIONS
I'm pretty sure it doesn't come painted so that will require a body shop
