I just picked up the MDX last night and it was working fine on the way home. This morning the MID starts beeping and tells me to release the parking brake. That's all good and fine but I didn't have the parking brake on to start off with. I stop, put it into park and set the brake. Released the brake and drove off again. It kept coming on and going off the entire time. On the way home it repeated itself. I pushed on the brake very lightly and found that cancels it when it pops up but doesn't keep it from triggering again.
I looked at the switch when I got home and the contacts are well separated. Anybody got any ideas?
