Problem

On Acura 2004 Mdx, the steering wheel shakes at the speed of between 15 to 30. Is it ok to drive ? for how long ? Please help

Could be your tires or axles or tie rod ends
Have a shop look over the car

It could be anything ... Could be worn tires or tires out of balance, could be a bent wheel, could be tie-rod ends ... Worn steering bushings.

Maybe you have tennis balls in your suspension.
