Hello,

I traded my '04 TL for an '11 MDX with Advance Package which became my wife's b-day / xmas present (for the next 10 years). So far, I have been able to figure out most things with the Radio/Navi/Bluetooth, except for a couple of things that are driving me insane. I hope you guys can help me....

1) I loaded my wife's phone into the USER1 profile, and mine into USER2, however, there seems to be no way to change the USERx to our names ?.

2) Wife has key #1, I have key #2. It seems the car only recognizes this for the seat position and the radio recall buttons, but not for the Navi / Bluetooth ?

There is a way to rename the userx. I'ts part of the menu settings(at work; dont recall how I managed to rename it, but it is possible) maybe someone else could shine in.

As far as the bluetooth- I have thesame problem, I have an android and my wife has the blackberry and for some weird reason it always picks up her bluetooth regardless of which key we use. But to me its not a big deal, since all you have to do is press that main knob to the right or left to switch users.

 

I would really appreciate it if you could list the exact menu settings....a week into ownership, I am getting pretty frustrated with the logic (or lack of) in this menu system.
