I am trying to fix air mixer motor on 2006 MDX. I removed the air mixed motor module and was able to move the levers manually. This fixed the problem and I was able to get cold air so I didn't replace the module. After driving for a couple days, the system started blowing hot air again. I was thinking that the levers moved, but now regardless of the position levers, only hot air blows out again. Any ideas?

Have you checked the water valve too see if it moves when you change temp from hot to cold?

 

It may be your A/C Clutch Relay causing your problems, but most definitely you are low on Freon. I just delt with the same problem this week. I had to replace the relay and the Front motor assembly. My A/C still blew hot on the driver side until I recharged the system. Good Luck
