if you're too lazy to search then just have the people at the place where you buy the bulbs install it, its free via courtesy.....

LTG,
Welcome to Acurazine. We are not all as rude or ignorant as the last guy. If the car is still covered under the bumper to bumper warrenty it should be covered unless there is externial damage like rock damage, moisture after an accident ect. If you are out of warrenty the HID bulb should be about 210.00 from the dealership with install (do not try this yourself) you would be looking at about $300.00. Not the kind of bulb you go to Autozone for.

If you have any other questions you can email me at rhensley@drivehubler.com. I try to answer any Acura questions I can. If I don't know the answer someone here at my dealership normally does. Let me know if this info helps. Thanks Ron Hensley

I haven't looked carefully at the MDX but you may be able to access the headlight bulb from the hood. If you can't, you are going to need to take off the tire and get to it through the fender-well.

There's a white cover and the HID bulb sits behind it (twist in). Here's a DIY for the 3G TL, it should be close to the same procedure:

As far as bulbs go, EBAY bulbs are garbage. Stick wit a good bulb like the Philips 81522+ Bulbs or OSRAM bulbs.
