I have a 2013 mdx with cyl 2 and 6 misfire it starts and runs great for around 30 seconds then starts misfire i can shut it off and start it and it runs great for about 30 seconds again

 

move your spark plugs and coils around (check them once you remove them) and see if the misfires move around. If they do, the issue is with the coils or plugs. How many miles?

 

I did move cyl 2 and 6 plugs and coils to different cylinders and the misfire stayed with 2 and 6 it has 102,000 miles I thought about compression and valves but once again when I start it it runs flawless for around 30 seconds then starts the misfire I can shut it off and start it back up and it does it again runs great for 30 sec

 

New update if I unplug the coolant temp sensor it runs like new

 

Interesting.i would replace that sensor and plug it back in and see how it runs
