So i had a problem today comming home with a flat tire so I immediately tried to get the spare on their until i tried to use the key to get the lock off..it wouldn't budge. Sure it's still winter but whats the possibility of it freezing?.. I even called CAA emergency service if they can help out and with no luck they couldn't even budge it.. Is it something wrong with the key i took some pics

I have only seen this problem when the lug nuts are overtightened. An impact gun can torque to over 300 lb. Proper torque for 19mm lugs is 80 ft lb, newer Acura 22mm lugs is 96 ft lb. A long, 36"
or more, breaker bar, with the wheels on the ground and brakes applied, might loosen them, or break the socket and/or lug. Special sockets are made to remove seized lugs, usually ruining the lug, and possible some cosmetic damage to the wheel will happen. If a shop had your wheels off last, you should return and make it their problem.
