yesterday both driver and passenger seats stopped working (no heat). The lights do not go on when you push the toggle switch. since both stopped at exact same time, I was thinking fuse. I read the owners manual and the same fuse works the sun roof. I tried the sun roof and it is working fine. Any ideas what is going on?

i had the same problem in my 97 cl! i also checked all the fuses and cant figure it out ..

 

take it to the dealer....you're still covered under warranty, yes?? let them deal with it.

you can always check the wiring harness as well.

odd...though if the sunroof and the seat heaters are on the same fuse...i'd just let the dealer fuss with it since you're under warranty.

 

Which fuse did you check? The Sun Roof / Front Heated seats are covered by two different ones.
Under the hood in the Primary fuse box it's #2-7 and covers Front Heated Seats / TPMS / Moonroof / Driver's Lumbar Support.
Interior Fuse box it's #4 and is a 20A - this appears to be dedicated to the Front Seats.
Check them both and/or let the Dealer figure it out.

 

Just check all the fuses. Some things are on 2 different fuses, and one could be labeled for something else that is controls. I've learned this lesson before. For example one may say seats, another could say radio. Either one blows, and the seats don't work anymore.
