front bumper removal...

hey guys. i'm removing the front bumper for the first time and can't seem to find a video or how-to for it anywhere. if anyone can let me know if there's a DIY somewhere or help me out themselves i'd really appreciate it. thanks in advance!

trying to mods the headlights tomorrow and need the bumper off! LOL

someone help me out here!
