DIY: Change side mirrors and Actuators.

Hi folks.
I changed my side mirrors and actuators today and decided to make super quick DIY.

Time to complete: Less than 15 min for both sides.
Difficulty: 1 out of 10.

Tools needed:
1x flat long screwdriver
1x multi bit screwdriver
1x T9 torx bit
1x flat bit
1x cleaning rag.

To change the mirrors is actually really easy, They are simply pressure seated into the actuator so you need to pop them off.
In order to do so you will have to move the mirrors until you can see the back side inside of the mirror housing, The passenger side is the easiest as is the one that gets the most angle. The driver side is a little bit more difficult.

Procedure:
1.- First move the passenger side mirror all the way into the left side so you can see the interior of the housing from the right side of the mirror.

2.- You should clearly see the mating surface of the mirror and actuator. You can use this pic as reference as to where to put the flat screwdriver:

3.- Now you can see the Actuator, It is held by 3x T9 self tightening torx screws (Notice the actuator orientation it can only go in one way):

4.- Remove the screws and now you can unplug the Actuator, It is plugged by 2 connectors. Removing them is straightforward:

5.- You can now install the new Actuator, Once installed use dielectric grease or anti-seize in the mirror electric connectors. You can now enter the car and align the actuator flat so you can push in the new mirror. Plug both connectors for the mirror heater and push the new mirror in.

6.- Driver side is a little bit more trickier as there is not enough clearance in the mirror spacing to push the flat screw driver in... The best way to tackle this is by pushing the left side mirror all the way in so the gap is near the driver window.. With your finger pry the mirror out so you can see the gap between the mirror and actuator, Use your flat screw driver to push the mirror out...You can now procede to install the actuator or new mirror.

I replaced both mirrors and actuators since they were both clicking, Also my mirrors developed some tumors so they looked funky...

This upgrade cost me in total 188dlls (2x mirrors 2x actuators) I didn't really looked for sale or cheaper items I just ordered from my usual page so your pricing may vary..
These are the part numbers:
Left Mirror: 76253-STX-A02
Right Mirror: 76203-STX-A02
Actuator: 76210-STX-H03

*In this photo the mirrors are mixed, Part numbers above are correct.

So hope this DIY helps somebody out! if you have any questions feel free to ask.
