Cylinder Number location
Can someone please tell me the cylinder numbers on a 2003 MDX, If standing in front of the engine looking in?
Thanks!
I've tried searching the site and also googled it and found nothing that can help.
Thanks!

Thanks a lot vybzkartel,
I'm a little confused when you say right to left.
If I'm standing in front of the truck with the hood open, would that mean:
Firewall
6 5 4
3 2 1
Front bumper
If I have a miss fire on cylinder #4 would that mean it's the cylinder that is located at the back right.(driver side).
Would appreciated if you can clear that up for me.
Or if anyone else could clear that up for me.
Thanks again

Just for a follow up for anyone looking how to identify the cylinders on a 2003 MDX or Pilot. After going to both Acura and Honda dealer, they both said that the description below is the correct cylinder identification:
Pass - driver side
Firewall
1 2 3
4 5 6
Front bumper
or grill
Hope this will help others.....my problem was a broken spark plug in cyl. # 4 and I was getting misfire in every cylinder right through from 1 to 6 and a random misfire. All spark plugs were changed including the cyl #4 coil and the truck purrs.
A week prior: changed 3rd and 4th transmission gear sensors, Automatic Transmission temp sensor, 3 x 3 transmission flush (this was worth every penny spent after searching this forum).
Today the Truck purrs and shifts great .......thanks to this forum.

My service manual shows both cylinder heads on different page, and didn't explain which head was toward the front. Was going by the pic which shows what side the intake and exhaust is. That's why I got the #s flipped.
At least I tried, lol.
